A mindset + life transformation coach, occupational therapist, wife, mama, and recovering perfectionist who knows what it's like to look like you're holding it all together while quietly running yourself into the ground (hello, autopilot).

Years ago, I found myself dealing with chronic insomnia, anxiety, hypertension, and constant overwhelm. On paper, my life looked great! I was successful, driven, supported, and checking all the right boxes. Yet behind the scenes, I was exhausted from carrying the weight of everyone and everything around me.

What I eventually learned was that my stress wasn't coming from my calendar... it was coming from the way I THOUGHT which impacted my behavior and every action that followed.

  • The pressure to get it right.

  • The need to be productive all the time.

  • The fear of disappointing people.

  • The belief that rest had to be earned.

  • The constant feeling that I should be doing more.

As I began doing my own work and inner healing, everything started to change. Not because life became easier, but because I stopped expecting myself to carry it all perfectly (and alone).
